Shipping

We Ship to Canada and the USA.  Items will be shipped within 1-3 business days. At checkout you can choose the best shipping option to suit your specific needs. 

My tracking information states my package was delivered but I have not received it, what do I do?

 

COMUNA IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES once they have been handed over to any mail carriers. Package insurance is available upon request (Please email us with your order number after purchase for quotes). We do recommend you contact your local post office to report the issues regarding your package.

Please allow up to 24 hours to return emails. We respond Monday - Friday between 10 am- 5pm. 
Emails sent during non-office hours will be responded to on the next business day.
